One of the handiest commands in Windows XP is without doubt the Start/Run command. Windows Genuine Advantage is a free software by Microsoft, which install automatically while updating our version of Windows. Its task is checking whether our copy of Windows is legal or not. I wouldn’t discuss reasonableness of this program because Microsoft also offers us a possibility to uninstall this relatively unnecessary software, which is easier than its installing.
Here is what we have to do if we want our copy of WGA off our system:
