Codecs for watching all videos and movies
We often experience trouble when we cannot watch a video clip or a movie. The reason lies in lack of an audio/video codec – these are the programs which are able to encode different audio/video formats (mpeg, avi, divx, ogg,…).
It would be optimal to install one codec after another, but this could prove as a mission impossible for an inexperienced user so the best choice is to install a codec pack.
The easiest way is to install the smallest pack of codecs, which are commonly used, because with the smallest installation we get just what we need and what is useful ful a common user.

It is possible to install also K-Lite Basic pack that includes only basic codecs, which might be just about enough for you.
