SpyBot - Search and Destroy - Installation
Spybot is one of the most efective and used programs for removal of unwanted Internet objects which we unwillingly obtain while surfing the Internet, browsing email, using illegal or cracked programs, games etc. That’s why it is necessary to use it from time to time..
WHEN TO USE IT: always in the same period of time, let’s say once per week or per month, because often even we do not know how many undesired things we poses on our PC.
MAIN TASK: Main task of SPYbot is to find and destroy files which could harm or slower our PC (adverts, spyware etc.)
Step-by-step installation:
1. You will find the latest version of SpyBot here - http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html (at the moment the version is Spybot Search & Destroy 1.5.2)
2. Run the installation program
3. Choose language and proceed
4. In the installation wizard choose your folder and uncheck “Separate Secure Shredder Application” and “Icons for starting…”
5. In the additional tasks window uncheck also Create a Quick Launch icon, TeaTimer and SDHelper
6. Click until the installation is finished.
